A quick loop, great for a dip into the woods or as an add-on to the Vista Trail.
Rabbit Run Loop is a short, but popular mid-mountain loop. This is a short hike with little elevation gain near the top of the Elk Camp gondola*. Given it’s proximity to the Elk Camp area and it’s status as a short, entry-level hike it’s a particular favorite of families with younger children. Additionally, it makes a nice add-on to a hike on the Vista, Summit or Sierra Club Trails.

Free parking is available in the Base Village parking garage.
